I use this on my PC at home, but bought a second one to use at the work office. The office uses a shared PC for front desk duties, the keyboard we had was an old messed up membrane keyboard where the buttons were hard to press, making workflow slower than it should be.
PROS:
- I love the metal construction of the deck. It feels premium
- Half height keycaps which lend to a sleek appearance of the keyboard. You can see the switches under the keycaps if you're looking at the keyboard from the side
- Price is phenomenal at 20 dollars. I think it used to be more expensive since it is an older model
- Decent typing sound, not too loud but not silent at all
CONS:
- Non swappable switches, which should be fine because mechanical switches are pretty durable, as I have never broken a single switch
- Only blue LEDs in the keyboard, which is fine with me. I turn off the lights completely at work
- Probably the only real con I discovered is a non removable cable
Overall, I suggest you buy this keyboard if you want a cool branded Hori keyboard, you are just getting into mechanical keyboards, or you are a keyboard collector. It is just a great keyboard, especially for the price.
