    The first keyboard I received had a key missing. It was packaged in the box without a key. I thought maybe the key-cap had popped off.. but it was nowhere to be found. I requested a replacement.
    The replacement arrived. I was excited to see if this one had all of the keys. It did! So I plugged it in to my computer and started using it. Initially I noticed that the enter key didn't work unless I slammed it. Then I used the 10-key and noticed that the zero key was the same.
    I've returned the product and will not be purchasing this again. Horrible quality control.

    key labeling wore off of keys with just a couple months use. English being my primary language and just now learning Russian, I need to be able to see at least the Russian letters but not the keyboard is useless without an overlay.
