    Not a bad keyboard, but the keys are more "clunky" than "clicky"

    Not a bad keyboard, but the keys are more "clunky" than "clicky"
    I am comparing this to my Razer Blackwidow Ultimate with Green clicky switches. I wanted this keyboard to feel like the Razer. It kind of does, but it is more clunky than clicky. They keys feel ok, but a bit more mushy. The spacebar is pretty icky feeling. Loose feeling. Also the box arrived and the security seal sticker was already cut. So it's possible I'm getting a used one at full price. The backlighting is great. I don't need RGB, but I needed backlighting, and this one looks great. No problem finding the keys in the dark. Also the font used on the keys is pretty cool. I like it. Overall, it is good but not great. Bluetooth wasn't hard to connect at all. I don't know about battery life just yet, but I might report back when I know more. The one thing about the backlit keys is that everything is lit, except the function key functions like the media controls. Those aren't lit up. That sucks. Overall I like it and after typing with it for a little while, I feel comfortable with it. It isn't as responsive as my Black Widow, but it is cheaper too. So expected. Still good though. No adjustment things on the back. So I hope you like it at the angle it's at, because you can't adjust it. so far a 3.5 out of 5, so rounding up to 4. Also, MICRO USB FOR CHARGING? Why haven't people joined the USB C standard yet? Maybe it's just old and i'm getting the keyboard from before it was actually a standard. I dunno. But Micro USB sucks.

      This keyboard only cost about $20 more than my previous mechanical like keyboard (some Chinese mechanical knockoff) and is much more comfortable and pleasing to the eyes and hands. Comes with a hand rest that is detachable and the hand rest is plastic but feels good though. I don't use it though as my desk space is not big enough, but still feels good to type on it. It is louder than my previous one and much clickier, but I love the responsiveness from the 2.4 ghz connection so far. Might have gotten about 2 minor hitches since using this keyboard but not consistent so can work with it. The battery life is the best thing for me and the reason I bought this in the first place. Using the 'breathe' lighting function and play mostly mobas, strategy and fps with it and lats for about 2 weeks before needing to charge, which takes about 5-8 hours depending on if i am using it while charging. Also when battery dies on it the keyboard gets power instantly when the USB is plugged in and you can use it while charging right away.

      Excellent mechanical keyboard for the price.

      I just got this and set it up. I will update my review when it eventually dies, although unless the keys break or the battery has issues, I don't think I will have a problem.

      In no particular order:
      Keyboard feels like you could break someone's legs with it. It is solid metal and heavy. Not good if you want something portable, but good if you want something that stays put on your desk.

      While the hand rest is hard plastic, instead of a bump it has a gentle angle going up. Combine this with the keyboard's angle and it feels like a gentle slope. Which is surprising considering it is made of hard plastic.

      USB dongle and bluetooth are standard stuff. The bluetooth has a bit of a delay (what would you expect?). Yet, the dongle works as advertised. If I really time myself I can see any ever ever so slightly delay, like a few milliseconds (could be my imagination). I am not sure if I am imagining it or not. I don't think I'll ever notice it.

      The keyboard has TTC(?) blue style keys. The colors of these keys match their MX Cherry counterparts. This keyboard is loud. It kind of sounds like a a typewriter with some random spring sounds thrown in.

      All in all a solid buy. Oh, and in case you are wondering, there isn't a rebate program for a good review. You know how Corsair always portrays themselves as this premium brand and other than a few things they're mostly trash? This feels like it was made by Hong Kong's version of Corsair, but it's the real deal instead of the cheap plastic crap they sell.

      ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
      TWO YEAR UPDATE!!: I have owned this for two years now. It still works perfectly and I have no complaints. I've removed all of the caps only once to clean it, and I accidentally broke one of the connectors on the space bar. Still works without issue and doesn't wobble or anything. Make sure you use the included damn keycap remover lol.
      I do slightly regret this purchase, but that isn't the keyboard's fault. I have come to lowkey kinda hate blue key switches. Yet, there's absolutely nothing wrong with the keyboard, so I can't justify dropping $80+ for a different model to myself.
      I'll update my review again when I retire this keyboard for whatever reason.
      An absolutely joyful and satisfying experience. Just what you expect from a good mechanical keyboard.
      There were some issues initially however, the main one being it conflicting with my router's wifi signal, as both the keyboard and the router work of the same band of 2.4ghz.
      The signal interference caused the keyboard to act weird and miss key-strokes whenever I typed fast.
      The modem that I used for my bsnl fiber connection does not allow to change the wifi band however, it does allow to change the channel.
      I did that and now, both of them work without interfering with each other.
      Connection with mobile phones is also pretty straight forward, however, the one time I tried to connect it with my MacBook M1 over bluetooth, it failed to connect.
      I had to change the channel.
      UPDATE after 2 months of heavy usage.
      This thing works great. Battery backup is great, with lights on. I charge every couple of weeks, the battery so far, hasn't run out yet, even once.
      No connection issues with my MacBook Air M1 either. Connected without much fuss on the second attempt.
      Reviewed in the United Arab Emirates on October 14, 2020
      For what you pay, this keyboard feels and sounds amazing. The backlight is really good too with interchangeable lighting modes and really cool and satisfying effects. I find myself playing with the different backlight effects more than I use it to type or play games with. The only issue I have with it is the automatic sleep mode after 120secs to save battery. This isn't a huge issue as you just have to press any button to wake it up, but the button you press to click it won't register as a keystroke, so be careful when typing. It could lead to errors. The other great thing is the built-in battery which is chargeable and the two different pairing methods. Bluetooth and wifi. I mainly use the 2.4ghz wifi adapter that came with it as the Bluetooth did not pair with my MacBook pro. All in all, great product.
      Sono molto soddisfatto del mio acquisto, la tastiera funziona alla perfezione. Si collega facilmente e velocemente sia tramite bluetooth che tramite la chiavetta wireless. La retroilluminazione la rende davvero molto bella e le fa fare un figurone sulla scrivania, si possono scegliere anche la luminosità e il pattern di illuminazione switchando con un semplice tasto. Funziona perfettamente sia con Windows che con Mac (testata con entrambi). Il feedback è eccezionale e in generale è molto comoda da utilizzare anche grazie al poggiapolsi in dotazione. La configurazione con cui l'ho acquistata è americana perché mi è più comoda per la programmazione. Anche in sessione di gaming funziona molto bene, mi sembra molto reattiva e io (non gioco a livelli professionali) non noto per niente input lag dovuto alla connessione wireless, mi ci trovo davvero bene. Il prezzo è molto contenuto quindi mi sento di consigliare almeno di provarla e darle una possibilità.
