It's a cheap monitor. Maybe you have a project that needs a spare monitor. Perhaps for something in the field, or something that requires you to travel around with it a bunch. Imagine this being your like secondary or tertiary device. It's not going to give you award-winning anything, but it is going to be utterly dependable at an insanely affordable price. I'd buy two more just to have spares.

I do a lot of projects that are outdoor in the elements, and having this under a 10x10 tent all day is no stress for me. If I were to bring out my 4k monitors I'd have a panic attack every time there's a breeze. This though? Psh. It's been knocked over twice and still works perfectly. Again, for the price, you get an incredibly simple and workable product. Don't expect award winning imagery from it. Expect it to just do a fine job, and display things.

I'm very pleased with this monitor at the low price. The video display quality is good and the speakers are adequate. Obviously, the video and sound won't be super high-def at this price point, so set your expectations accordingly. I know some other reviewers are upset about the monitor stand not being fully removable on the E205W series, but I was able to get it removed. If you're also looking to remove the stand or would like to see sample video of the monitor display and sound, I've included a video with my review.

It has some contrast & color issues [not super bright or super colorful], but nothing too bad, honesty [for it's affordable price, I really can't complain]. I haven't used it past the 60 Hz refresh rate [it has up to a 75 Hz refresh rate], so I can't give an opinion on it. Don't expect anything "mind-blowing", but highly recommended, if you need something affordable, & solid.
