See the photos - you will see what I mean. I like the ease of putting the filter on my monitor as I can easily take it off if I need to. I bought it to help filter my monitor screen as it diminishes my eye strain so I'm pleased with that aspect. If you're looking for a privacy screen, I would not recommend this.

    although the photo looked like an apple monitor, it does not fit the older ones that are a bit thicker. so it's just sitting on the top. Still works but doesn't cover the bottom on the screen.
