- Reviewed in the United States on March 10, 2020I was lucky when I bought this because it was discounted, so great value for money.
It is being used to run a 34" 1440 100Hz UWQHD Gsync monitor for gaming and for video and photo editing.
So far it was relatively easy to fit (only hassle - because of where I had to fit it in the case I had to drill 2x extra holes for the radiator).
My only gripe is that I would like to have a bit extra length on the hoses, I have a TT View &1 with a 360 rad custom fitted on the top and wanted to mount this on the side, but the hoses would not let me line up the existing holes properly, hence having to drill 2 extra holes (I have a 200mm fan on the bottom to get positive internal air pressure so I had to put the 360 on the top to exhaust the heat - prefer fans and rads arranged so that cold air in hot air out with good airflow through the case )
And the kit I bought didn't have any mounting screws for the radiator, but Amazon sorted me out with a small credit to cover the cost of buying new screws.
Once I turned it on all the LEDs lit up and looks great in the vertical mount.
So far the temps have not gone up sufficient to make fan noise a problem - haven't seen it get much over 50C on the hottest days (40C+) with the stock fan profile and still quiet while giving fantastic FPS (example - averaging 100 most of the time in DOOM on the 1440 with Gsync) while still being relatively quiet.
Haven't tried overclocking it yet, but will do soon (if I remember, I will update this comment)
Highly recommend this card if you can afford it - quiet cool and looks great. :-)

Edit: 2100mhz overclock stable, never passes 65c WITHOUT liquid metal, Solid beautiful card. I Over criticized without admiring the power of this card. 5 stars get a vertical mount too. You wont regret it.
- Reviewed in the United States on March 10, 2020First time buying a Gigabyte product and last time, DO NOT BUY. Poor customer service and huge lack of communication. Go buy from another company if you don't want to be without a gpu or other product for 1/4 of the year or longer if something goes wrong.
The graphics card worked great from when I received it in August 2019, but when I turned on my computer on December 21st 2019 it started cycling as if it was under full load with no applications running.
I tried contacting Gigabyte at that time but they were closed till the first week in January for the holidays. So then I contacted Asurion since I had purchased the extended warranty fr the card on Amazon, they said the issue should be covered under manufacture warranty and also tried to contact Gigabyte. Due to them being closed for the holidays I had to wait till January 10th 2020 to start the RMA process.
Since I am in an online bachelor's degree program I asked to see if there was a way we could expedite the process in order to get me a working gpu as soon as possible. They said they have an advance replacement program in which they send out a replacement card of the same type if available but they would have to put a hold on my card until they received my graphics card that would be going through the RMA process.
I agreed to the hold and they sent me a replacement card of the same type but the gpu which is water-cooled was leaking when I pulled it out of the box. They sent me a shipping label and had me send that one in too, I had to pay the shipping on my original card to send it to them.
Once they had received the graphics card it took them over a month to look at it and tell me that it was not able to be repaired. They also stated that they did not have anymore of the same model and offered to send me another one which they made sure I was okay with. I gave them the okay and they told me on February 20th that they were sending it out.
I just called them today (March 10th) and asked them when the gpu was going to arrive and found out that the product is on back-order and had not been sent out, I was also not notified of the back-order and was expecting my gpu. I asked to speak to a supervisor and all he said after explaining the situation through a voicemail, cause he was on the phone when I called, is that they would expedite ship it out and I would get a tracking number in the next 1-2 days.
- Reviewed in the United States on February 13, 2019Great card, easy install.
Quiet. Aesthetic.
RGB Fusion software sucks. LED on one of my fans was wired incorrectly.
Bought it before Radeon 7 released and was nervous. Now that real benchmarks are out i know i made the right choice.
- Reviewed in the United States on February 22, 2019I received the card a day late, which was totally Amazon's fault. It sat waiting at their shipping department for over 24 hours. Long enough it really ticked me off paying for same day shipping. What was supposed to be a few days wait turned into almost a week. I was in a pretty sour mood when it arrived.
The performance of this card cheered me right back up. Over 2000 MHz boost clock straight out of the box. I won the silicon lottery and my card overclocked well, but from the reviews I have seen, my OC was an outlier. So I won't say I overclocked this to yadda yadda. This card is a best out of the box and very quiet. No issues at all once it landed at my front door. Only second thoughts I have are whether I should have gone for the 2080Ti version of this card instead. This card is a beast though.
