    I loved it only thing I'd have to complain about is the fact it comes in at 60 hz so i had to get some extra cables for 144hz to work, also (i don't have a problem with it" but it does come very bright so if you don't like the brightness you might have to change it.

    Ive had this for over 2 months now and there's already a dead pixel. Colors are washed out and the brightness/contrast settings are terrible. Tried using multiple color profiles, but none seem to remedy this and sometimes the profile even resets.

    Refurb unit works 100% out of the box. Yes, you're going to have to adjust the colors slightly (most likely). But plug and play, 144hz., and that's on my Nvidia 980ti. So yes, definitely G-Sync Compatible. I might have to get a second one and do away with my ancient square monitor altogether.

    This was the first thing I've ever purchased from Amazon Renewed and I was a little worried at first. It took a little bit of time and research to get the monitor looking and working great. There are plenty of reviews out there that explain that the colors are very overly bright and washed out, but with a bit of tweaking in the monitor settings you can get it looking pretty good for a TN panel. These settings should get you close, but you can tweak it to your liking:

    Brightness: 37 Contrast: 43
    Color temps R:57 G:48 B:44
    Gamma: 1

    With an HDMI you can easily experience the 144hz, but my ultimate goal was to use a displayport cable for the first time so that I could have the 144hz AND G-Sync. This monitor is G-Sync compatible and I was able to run the pendulum demo that Nvidia has to make sure that it was working correctly. The thing that took me the longest to figure out was how to get the displayport cable to work when my computer was starting up... but I found out a simple shutdown, unplug everything for 10 mins or so, and then plug it all back in and power it up, for some reason did the trick for me. Everything is running great (so far).
