Ok, so I decided I wanted wireless headphones and I started shopping. A family member had recently got Beats and let me have a listen. I was amazed by the sound quality and the bass... I wanted them. I knew Beats were pretty expensive, so I started doing serious research and reading reviews to make sure I wasn't just paying for the name. I found a wide range of views. I also looked at other headphones, but I couldn't forget that sound, and they are wireless which was one of the main things I was looking for. So I decided to go for it. I bought my Beats almost a year ago. The sound is as good as I could have asked for. Even my cousin who is not a fan of beats (or mainstream tech) tried them out and admitted that the sound quality is awesome. And that's why I got them.
They have held up very well and I have used them quite often. The leather on my headphones is still perfectly intact. (I have read reviews that said the leather ear part falls apart within a few months)
They are very comfortable for the first few hours that I wear them, but after that I kinda need a break because they do press your ears down a little. It's not really a problem for me though.
I love that I can adjust the volume and pause my song from the headphones. There is one button on the left of the headphones which can pause, skip forward a song or backward a song depending on how many times you click it. One click pauses. Two fast clicks skips forward. Three fast clicks skips back. It's super hard to use though. If you are too slow, it will just pause at the first click and not skip to the next song or skip back. I usually just have to control that from my phone. That's pretty much the only thing I don't like about the headphones.
The range is excellent. I can move between rooms and the connection still works. I enjoy being able to move around without a cord connected to the phone.
So, after all that- I highly recommend Beats. They are more than just a name brand. They are a quality product. You get what you pay for and beats are worth the money in my opinion. I love mine and I am so glad I got them.
