I was looking for a headphone stand to safely prop up my gaming headset to prevent damaging the charging port on the headset or the cords used while charging and I came across this product. When I received this product, it looked like everything I was expecting. However, when I went to put it together, I noticed all the screws were missing. There was only one baggie that contained an allen wrench, but didn't contain any screws within the packaging. I looked for holes in the baggie to see if it potentially may have fell out of the bag and into the small box, but nothing; it simply looks like it was never packaged with screws. Based on the images others have provided on their reviews and from looking at the holes in the base and the two stand rods, it appears that it should've come with 2 hex screws for connecting the base with the 2 rods and 2 set screws connecting the rods to the headphone holder. Instead, I only received 1 Allen wrench and zero screws.
I am attempting to contact the seller or the maker of this product to provide me with the necessary screws. I would much rather avoid the ordeal of having to send the product back and hope they can send me the 4 missing screws. I will update my review and will follow up on whether or not I receive these missing parts.

I was able to contact the seller and notify them of my issue. They quickly responded and were able to provide me a replacement the following week. Once I received the package, I verified all parts were present. The parts were the base, the holder, 2 standing rods, 2 set screws, and 2 hex screws, and 1 allen wrench. For anyone that was a in a similar predicament with any issues with the screws, I found out these are M3 x 6mm - 12mm screws.
This was exactly the headphone stand I've been looking for. After seeing some of the previous reviews, I found many of the negative reviews were primarily user related, where the user purchased the headphone stand that was too small for their headset. This is all despite the product description clearly stating the dimensions of the product. For the price, I think this is an excellent product so long as you receive all the parts. It is very sturdy, looks clean, and will help keep your headset in pristine condition.
