I ordered this headset for use in the bedroom to watch tv when my wife is sleeping. I LOVE this headset! (as does my wife - lol! Now, she doesn't have to listen to the tv at night when she's trying to sleep.) Let me tell you all about this headset... First of all - it's in my color - rose gold! lol! :) They're feminine and not all black, bulky, and masculine. Secondly, it's lightweight - even after wearing it for a few hours or falling asleep with them on, they don't feel heavy on my head or ears. Thirdly (and this kinda goes hand-in-hand with the 2nd reason), they're super comfy! Like I said, I've fallen asleep with them on - they're so comfortable. I especially appreciate the wide band between the ear pieces. I've had other headsets that fit over my ears and they hurt after awhile. These don't! Score! Next, the battery lasts for hours! I have no troubles using them through the night on nights that I have insomnia. They haven't died on me yet. Lastly, this pair folds and stores super easily - so they nicely fit inside my nightstand drawer. Overall - I am THRILLED with this purchase! I would definitely buy these again!

    They shipped quickly and are comfortable. Sound quality is good both with the bluetooth and with the headphone jack. I only gave 3 stars though because once charged, the bluetooth mode lasts less than an hour before getting all crackly and needing a new charge. So usually I don't even bother with the bluetooth mode (which is why I got these) and just use the headphone jack. Wouldn't buy again. Oh well.

    **Update: after posting the above review, the seller contacted me to troubleshoot the issue with the headphones. The issue wasn't resolved, so they are sending a new pair! I will update again once those are received and will evaluate how well they work. I am impressed with the customer service thus far though!

    **Update_2: The seller asked me to try charing the headphones with another usb cable and now they are fully charged and working just fine in bluetooth mode! So far, I charged them 3 days ago and have listened to music in bluetooth mode on and off for about 3 hours over the 3 days and the bluetooth mode is still working great. I updated my stars to 5! The customer service was definitely the best part and I would buy these again and buy from this seller again.

    **Update_3: Recharged headphones again, but they only lasted 2 hours on bluetooth mode. :( . Contacted seller.

    **Update_4: Seller sent a new pair of headphones, free of charge, since the first pair were defected. I charged the new headphones once and have been using them on and off on bluetooth for a week! These are working great now and I think the customer service was great!

    All I can say is WOW! I truly was not expecting these headphones to be such workhorses. I honestly bought them because I was in a bind, and they were just under $20 with one-day shipping through Amazon Prime; plus, they were in a cute, rose gold color.

    They arrived yesterday (Sunday), and I immediately opened them. I fell in love. They are absolutely adorable, and they aren't super bulky like many other brands are these days. I tried them on, and they were super comfortable. The sound quality is great--even using bluetooth from across the room. These babies are also surprisingly good at noise cancellation.

    One feature I love about these headphones is that they have an AUX cable to make them into a corded set [if the battery dies or if the device doesn't have bluetooth]. The battery life is pretty long, though; and the battery level is shown on my phone's screen (I'm an Android user).

    The only feature I haven't used yet is the mic, but today I need to make some business calls from home. So, I just might try out the mic today. I will definitely update my review when I have more information to report.

    Overall, I would buy these again. Not only that, but I probably will buy a few pairs of these headphones as gifts for friends for Christmas. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Do yourself a favor, and buy these!

    I got this wireless headphone for my daughter. It did not last for even 2 months. Within a couple of weeks, the skin around the speakers came loose. After that the sound quality reduced and my daughter started to complain about the cackling in the headphone. 3 months later one of the sides of the headphone went dead. Upon reaching out to Pictsun they said they would address the issue but there is no follow up after reaching out to them again. I strongly recommend that you do not buy this product. I would give it a ZERO star. Please save your money and invest in a good headset.

    Update -
    The folks from picun reached out to me after my review and have sent me a replacement headphone. I want to thank them for doing the right thing and my daughter was so happy when she got her replacement set. see how this fares but will update the star rating to 4 star for customer service.

    The headphones are very nice looking and, technically, they work well when you consider the output sound that is received by the headphones. When wired, the sound is better than when on Bluetooth. The cons for me was that the input of my voice into the wireless mic made it difficult for my clients to hear me speak clearly as opposed to reliable earbuds with the mic, where they said they could hear me far better on the earbuds than on these, unfortunately. The headphones themselves are not immediately comfortable either. After adjusting them, I feel like I eventually found a fit that wouldn’t hurt in less than an hour. Maybe I just have a fat head? my husband’s opinion, on the other hand, was completely against any comfort references for him.
