Overall I'm very pleased with their customer service and their product overall (which works well now), and I'm raising my rating. UPDATED Jul 20, 2019- Left ear stopped working after 7 months.     I have had several pairs of Blue Tooth headphones. The bulkier ones I have work great, but I didn't like the big things sticking out of my ears. I also have an inexpensive set of the white dangling headphones with no wires which had a short battery life, clanked against my earrings, AND fell out of my ears.

    While looking for something smaller I found this set and am very happy with them. I need a battery life of at least two hours a day and these work far longer than that without recharging. These Picun headphones are reasonably small so that I don't feel like I look like an alien with giant things sticking out of my ears. The on/off switch and volume controls are easy to find without looking at them. I don't mind the two lumpy things which I assume are batteries in the cord.

    These are also extremely lightweight. I like them very much and am happy my search is over.

    Update: Five months later they are still working as new. The best I have had.

    I have 4 pairs of wireless headphones, including Bose SoundSport so I decided to do a little comparison.
    One thing I didn't like my Bose SoundSport is that it's not loud enough but this headphone is loud enough and the quality might not be as great as Bose but I bet most people can't really tell the difference.

    dislike that Bose soundSport needs two hours to be fully charged, this headphone takes about one hour to one and half hour, still not great but seems like all the great wireless headphone takes about that much time so I can cope with it. If a $20 headphone can do one and half hour, I think for headphones that are over $100 should take less time.

    It's amazing that this headphone is waterproof and it's only $20. And I really like their magnetic design.

    I haven't get a chance to wear this headphone for a run so I don't know how well it's going to stay in my ear but so far so good.

    If I can try both Bose soundsport and this before buying, I wouldn't spent over 100 for the Bose, I would get this instead, it's got everything I need.

    I bought these because I listen to podcasts all day long, so I just wanted a wireless earbud set that I could have around my neck at all times of the day. For that purpose, they work great. They connect easily to my phone, the battery lasts me 1-2 days depending on how much I use them, and they're really cute so they look nice as a constant accessory to every outfit I wear. The little clip on the wire attaches them to my shirt in the back and they stay on all day. However, if you're looking for high quality earbuds, these are not your best pick.
    They're not very comfortable in my ears unless I use the soft rubbery linings that come with them, but those have stretched out with use and one of them got lost. I've gotten used to it so I don't mind, and I usually only have one in one ear at a time so I can switch off if it gets uncomfortable. As for sound quality, I still use my old Apple earbuds when listening to music because music in these earbuds sounds a little tinny. Also when I tried using them to talk on the phone, the other person couldn't hear me very well. So if you're going to use these mainly for music or talking on the phone, I would not recommend since the sound quality is not great! But for a podcast listener like me, they serve their purpose just fine. I got what I paid for and I'm pleased overall.
