First off, they do move a bit while jumping... but not as much as regular headphones. They press firmly around my head and ears and I can hear a bit of ambient noise. My favorite feature by far is when I click on the UA logo the music still plays at a low volume and I can have a conversation with someone wearing the headset.
If you are looking for just regular headphones, these are not it. I would not recommend these headphones for anyone who wants to listen to music for longer than maybe 2 hours, your ears will hurt from the tightness.

When I purchased this product it was long after the project Rock Edition, not to say I wouldn't rock them but I purchased a pair of work out head phones just before they came out. Needless to say I was disappointed I couldn't get the UA ones but I could wait. Time passed and UA came out with the same kind but not project Rock Edition and from what I could tell exactly the same features for a little bit less. I jumped on them and let me tell you they are amazing, great sound you would expect from JBL and definitely comfortable. Snug fit bit not overly tight (For ME) some other people have different shape heads. Quick music mute and mic hearing allow you to not have remove headphones a great feature, Great battery life with a quick charge if needed. Great Buy
