Great stand but brackets aren't what's pictured...
I have multiple Planar stands and they are brilliant. Pricey but well made and very stable. I bought one for two 27" Dell monitors but the VESA bracket that was included is not the one in the picture. Admittedly, the description says 200x100, 100x100, and 75x75 which is true but there is only one bracket to satisfy all scenarios. So when mounting to my 100x100 monitor, the bracket does not sit flush with the back of the monitor. It's stable and I doubt it will be a problem, but the picture is misleading. I've attached a picture showing the actual brackets. If you have a monitor with recessed mounting holes, the plate will rest against the plastic back. The included hardware is sufficient but it would have been optimal to have the ones shown in the description.

This stand holds my 30" LG W3000B and 32" Asus PA329Q monitors with no problem. Weightwise they are not same but the stand is in balance. Stiffning the monitor vesa joints with the provided allen wrenches per instructions helps monitors stay put. The stand base and other elements are coated nicely. I did not notice imperfections on any parts provided. Beware that fastening the lateral rails first on the monitors and then inserting them thru the top of the pole may damage the bolt thru hole alignments on them. So prepare the stand first and get a help of another person to secure the monitor while the other holding the stand firm.

Purchased two (2) Samsung S32D850T 32" LED LCD Monitors. I set the monitor stand on the right corner of my desk (actually a card table). This way I am looking directly into Monitor 1 (you set the monitors in Windows Control Panel) and Monitor 2 is tilted towards me on the right side. The stand is very heavy and HIGH QUAILITY. With the weight of the monitors and stand, having a second person help you carry and place it on it final resting place makes a lot of sense. I actually assembled everything on the top of my King Size bed and carried it into my small, home office. With the included hex wrenches, you will probably want to make the final adjustments to the tilt and angle of the attached monitors.
Great Stand that works well with my two (2) 32" monitors.
