    I could not find exactly what I was looking for, which was a 17" width x 10" cover for the screen of my laptop, so I could keep it open and keep dust off of it (having to open it every time to turn it on made me worry about damaging the screen or hinge). I found this product (16"w x 14"h x 3"d). It was higher than needed, so I folded the excess under and it fit just right.
    It feels like quality material, light weight and at a reasonable price; I'm very satisfied with this purchase. Maybe the manufacturer could take this use into consideration and make laptop screen covers that fit just right.
