- Reviewed in the United States on February 12, 2019This is a very solidly built mount and way better looking than traditional dual mounts. I think the worst thing about it was the directions on how to put it together. I'll list a few things I wish I would have known below.
Important Stuff
- It needs a minimum of 3 inches behind it from its base with the grommet install and a bit more with the C Clamp.
- You will receive two plates in the box, one complete circle plate and another circle plate with a lip. These are for grommet or C Clamp mounting. There will also be a thin adhesive covering that comes in the box, you put this covering on whichever mounting plate you decide to use so it doesn't scratch your desk.
(If you just follow the directions it doesn't indicate this AT ALL. By the time I figured out that I wanted to use the C Clamp mount, it was already stuck to the Grommet mount plate and I had to peel it off. This is because the directions are separated for the C Clamp and Grommet Mount instead of just being joined together and then giving you alternate paths to follow when you reach this point.)
Also, I assume people who purchase this mount especially at $50 are buying it because they don't have a ton of clearance behind their desk and are looking for a slim option that doesn't hang over too far:
*Quick tip - if you can, definitely use the grommet mount, the C Clamp pushes the base of the stand almost 6 inches on to the desk which isn't ideal (especially for me and my cozy 11 inch Nyc desk). I went to the hardware store and bought a set of drill tips for 3.99 (Drill Bit Size: 5/16), drilled a hole and it gave me way more space. It looks WAY better, and is more secure also!
And finally, the cross rail is counter-intuitive, you would think that you slide the screen mounter down into the clamps but this is not the case, you slide it up into each clamp and then secure the screws on the top and side.
Also, it does allow your monitors to pivot from side to side and up and down but its a bit harder then you would expect to get it to move but rightfully so the monitors stay how you adjust them.
Overall looks great, solid build quality, and serves its purpose. I almost deducted a point for the bad instructions but I won't because the mount does exactly what its intended for at a reasonable price since there are so few options.
Oh! and Yes the monitors also can be slid horizontally so your monitors can be seamless. This is another point that wasn't displayed in the listing but was so dope that they included.

- Reviewed in the United States on May 18, 2019First I want to say this was a great deal as far as price was concerned. I wanted to mount the two monitors at work on a single device so they would remain aligned and level (previously on two separate arms that would never remain even and square), but I doubt my employer would even consider as it was a personal preference and not a bona fide need. So I have been keeping my eyes out for a decent value as I was buying this with my own money. When I saw this on sale, it was just what I needed. It arrived quickly and in good condition. It is pretty solid and has some heft to it. I have no concern that it will not hold up these two monitors, even if they were much heavier. As far as draw backs go, the desk clamp did not have a wide enough opening to accommodate the thickness of the desktop, and I really don't think that the desktop is unusually thick. I ended up using the 'drill through the desk' clamp that was included. I am super happy that the two monitors are now aligned.
- Reviewed in the United States on January 30, 2019This monitor mount was easy to assemble and fit easily onto the electric EleTab desk converter I purchased. I have 2 large monitors and both the desk and the monitor stand handle the weight no problem and are very stable. The negative issue with the monitor mount is it is far less adjustable than what I thought I was purchasing. I thought I had purchased the full motion assembly but I was sent this one. Figured I would give it a try as perhaps it would work. There is only incremental adjustment in the tilt and the screens are at the rear of the desk and no way to move them forward . Although I can use the set up as it is, I need the screens closer to me to accommodate my field of vision. Since the object of this purchase was comfort in working long hours, this is not the monitor mount for me. I recommended the electric desk converter to a friend who is going to purchase several for his office, but made it clear this monitor mount may not be the best option depending upon each person's needs.
- Reviewed in the United States on August 27, 2018I run a pair of 24" monitors and the stands were taking up far too much valuable desk real estate.
I was slightly dubious when the package arrived due to how light it was - initially concerned that the stand would be strong enough. But on opening I was reassured - the stand is formed of various aluminium extrusions. Solidly-built without being needlessly overbuilt.
Instructions were mostly pictorial and very easy to follow, all the mating surfaces and threads were clean - assembly and mounting were a breeze.
No issues in use - the stand is rock solid. Very happy with this purchase.
- Reviewed in the United States on July 29, 2019My only real complaint is that your can't every lock the screens in place completely. Between the ball and socket and the set screws there's always so play in it. Thankfully it stays if don't touch it
- Reviewed in the United States on August 6, 2019System looks great but unable to fit my 27” curved monitors.
- Reviewed in the United States on January 20, 2019Use this on my rising desk at work because the space behind the monitors was limited and I wanted to maximize my desk real estate. Great product. I put together in 10 minutes using the allen key that came included.
